Digital Business Analyst x 2

Digital BA x 2 - Local Gov - 6 months - London/Hybrid £400-£450 a day outside IR35

The role will require the successful candidates to map out council business processes and data flows, Analysing the user and customer experience of business processes in order to design improvements and conducting business impact assessments to support change projects.

Significant experience in the development of business cases and scoping documents and Benefits mapping required.

I'm ideally looking for candidates who have worked in local govement across different service areas looking at improving the Digital journey
