We have a fantastic opportunity for a proven Permanent Delivery Consultant to join our executive search practice Rees Draper Wright. You will be based from home the majority of the time (with some travel into London occasionally) and will be supporting our New York office so this will require you to work US hours which are 10am - 7pm GMT for the majority of the week.
The role will focus on the Management Consultancy, Tech and Professional Services sector working across several very well-known brands within this space. Our Search Consultants work with a high volume of roles on both retained searches and high-level contingent, and you will also support the Consultants with market research and insights projects in addition to sourcing.
We are looking for individuals who have worked in delivery/resource roles or a 360 recruiter that would like to step away from the business development side to their role. Previous experience recruiting in the US market would be advantageous but is not essential. We can offer you lots of support and career progressing that can see you build a long and happy career in executive search.
