D365 Development Lead

The clients customer applications are critical to them achieving their strategic goals. They need to drive how they develop and support these applications to improve customer and user experience, enhance operational efficiencies and better utilise their technology.

As the D365 Development lead, you will be responsible for developing and supporting the D365 CRM as their core customer data tool. You will deliver and direct how the client use and benefit from CRM including being an essential stakeholder for the Member Experience team, and make sure they are obtaining the most benefit from technology.

Reporting into the Application Services Manager, you'll be part of a multi-disciplinary technical team responsible for developing and supporting core customer applications. You will be involved in CRM product development, lead configurations and environment management, and proactively support resolving bug/incidents.

We're looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual with substantial experience leading D365 CRM technical development and support. With experience in Agile environments, you must be able to engage with and provide consultancy to colleagues across the organisation, particularly IT and our Shaping Our Future programme teams.

As D365 CRM lead, you'll have proven ability to problem solve creatively, robust analytical skills, understand how to deliver insight to the team and be able to communicate effectively.
