I am currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Customer Success Manager for an industry leading software vendor I am currently working with based South of Manchester, who's Clients are some of the most well-known businesses in the world. You will get the opportunity to work for a brand new team and be the main point of contact between their customers, software developers and product managers. With the team being brand new you will get the opportunity to help shape and influence the team and there are excellent opportunities for progression.

Key Responsibilities

* Relationship building with customers, assisting with queries and making sure they are happy and feeling supported
* Identifying any customer problems and dealing with appropriately
* Identifying opportunities to upsell
* Identifying areas to improve processes

Key Experience

* The Client is happy to consider candidates from all levels of experience within customer success due to it being a brand new team
