I’m looking for a Customer Services Manager who can lead a developing team that has seen continuous success since its inception. The specialist mortgage team have strong growth ambitions and this is your opportunity to progress up the career ladder in this dynamic environment.

As a Customer Services Manager, you will:

  • Supervise the day to day of the Servicing and Payment Shortfall team, allocating work, delivering SLA and KPIs
  • Be accountable for all aspects of people management; recruitment on-boarding and training; monthly 1-2-1s and objective setting; performance reviews and PIPs.
  • Be the escalation point for the team and the SME on all things customer services
