IQ Talent Solutions are delighted to be working with one of our most prestigious clients who are an industry leader in the software sector, supporting them with the recruitment of an Customer Success Manager to join their thriving team in Birmingham. This role does work on a hybrid model it will be office based only be 2/3 days a week. The role will pay a highly competitive salary (available on request).
As a Customer Success Manager you will work with customers to ensure they’re informed, supported, and have all the tools they need to utilise the company’s spaces. The role of a CSM is vital for representing the voice of the customer within the product team and ensuring customer queries and concerns are raised and managed accordingly. A Customer Success Manager is ultimately accountable for enhancing the experience of customers which result in customer satisfaction and retention. Using a combination of experience/knowledge, relationship management skills and direct access to internal teams to ensure product/process improvements and support-related queries are addressed.
To be a successful Customer Service Manager you must:
- Have the ability to support customers with product adoption and success.
- Be detail driven and highly organised
- Be an excellent communicator
- Have a background working with customers
- Have experience with relationship management
- Be able to deliver user requirements to technical and non-technical teams
- Have great collaboration
- Have the ability to work with demanding customers
As a Customer Success Manager you will have a good understanding of the business and product to ensure the customer is informed and supported. You must demonstrate the ability to build and maintain good working relationships with all stakeholders, internally and externally. Contribute to new and innovative ways of working to drive and enable product knowledge, experience, and sales. The role requires strong team collaboration, to influence and support a product delivery team as well as external customer stakeholders. Inspire and motivate a cross functional team and external customer stakeholders. You must be able to collaborate with and set targets with key stakeholders within the delivery of product solutions.
