What you will be doing:

* Responding accurately to customer queries regarding their products
* Providing the administrative team with clear and correct information to process customer requests
* Keep up to date with any changes to products, processes and procedures, to ensure the customer is given the correct and relevant information

A successful Customer Service Representative in their Call Centre will:

* Put the customer at the heart of what you do
* Enjoy working in a fast pace target driven workplace
* Be able to problem solve to achieve the best outcomes for customers
* Have good communication skills verbally and written
* Have the ability to work with various computer systems and take inbound calls
