Assessment Sessions (Wednesday 14th Aug & Friday 16th Aug) from 10AM-12PM

InterQuest Solutions are working on behalf of their client, a renowned telecommunications company based in Warrington looking for a number Customer Service Agentto join their team.

Responsibilities:

To process customer requests, device registrations and claims consistently and accurately applying internal processes and procedures and seeking guidance where necessary.
To ensure that we resolve customer queries 1st time every time through all customer contact mediums
To take ownership of a customer's situation, following it through to a satisfactory conclusion
To work within guidelines for resolving customer issues whilst ensuring customers are treated fairly
To provide an efficient, knowledgeable and effective interface with our customers
To build relationships with internal and external customers
Contribute individually and as a member of a team to ensure service levels meet agreed standards
Deliver a quality service to all customers and third parties to ensure customer satisfaction
Achieve and deliver an effective level of personal work, activities and a high level of performance to meet individually set objectives
Identify and contribute to self-development to enhance individual and departmental performances within Customer/Supplier procedures and policies

Skills and experience:
