Temporary Contract - Initial 7 weeks

Circa £10.00 P/H (£100.00 extra for every week worked, potential to earn an extra £700.00)

IQ Talent Solutions are delighted to be working with one of our key retail clients supporting with the recruitment of temporary Telesales and processing agents to support during a peak business time.

The role will initially be for a 7 week period, ideally to start as soon as possible.

We are looking for Telesales agents and Processing agents.

What the role's involves:

Telesales role

* Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers that have already placed an order
* Supporting customers to help them complete their order
* Processing the order to fulfilment
* Building rapport and delivering exceptional customer service
* Working towards and aiming to exceed targets

Processing role

* Processing of customer orders to fulfilment
* Communicating any issues promptly
* Great attention to detail
* Working towards and aiming to exceed targets

What Skills & Experience will be needed:

* Candidate must be computer literate
