Global scale up developing groundbreaking technologies in consumer tech. Based in Amsterdam they are looking to build an innovative, motivated and data driven marketing and growth team.
Looking for a CRM Manager to take a creative approach to securing and managing target audiences, while delivering outstanding campaigns. You will be responsible for the impact of content and imformation to users, with a view to retaining and building lasting relationships via email, SMS, push notifications and in-app messaging.
You will have the opporunity to work on all stages of the user lifecycle, creating new paths with a hugely talented team of growth hackers and campaign marketers in a fast paced scale up in a period of growth. Collaborating with business leaders and teams, including BI, Digital Media, Promotions and Incentives to empower CRM's impact and growth.
Do you want;

Do you have;
- Minimum of 3 years experience in CRM/Marketing/Growth
- Ability to build and manage a team
- Experience with CRM strategy and tools, particularly for Mobile Apps
- Experience A/B Testing
- Ability to analyse engagement campaigns
- Have an entrepeneurial spirit/attitude
