CRM Business Analyst - Permanent - London - up to £70k base + benefits
We are looking for an experienced Ms Dynamics / CRM Business Analyst who can take ownership and help our client's team analyse and deliver the next phase of the product road map, including Cloud Migration to D365 online, integration with PowerApps and Power BI and leveraging data services for AI, Computer Telephone Integration (CTI) and other features, within a Banking Environment.
We are looking for a personable Business Analyst with strong stakeholder management skills and solid domain expertise in MS Dynamics 365. Good communication skills are also essential as this individual is going to be working closely with all executive levels of the organisation. You will need to be able to communicate clearly with business, understand and elicit requirements and help the business articulate the value of features.
As the face of the CRM platform, you will have hands-on experience of Agile and how to engage with a SCRUM team to deliver solutions. Be involved in all aspects of the software development lifecycle and will work closely with testers and support departments. The role also does present the opportunity to proxy as the Scrum Master and Product Owner role when required.
Experience with Ms Dynamics 365 is essential as is proven experience in business and technology facing analysis, requirements definition and deployment. You will have experience working in and agile delivery environment and with SCRUM and experience of PowerApps, Flow and other Office 365 Apps is essential
