CRM Business Analyst- Higher Education- CRM Dynamics

CRM Business Analyst with experience of supporting CRM projects, ideally Microsoft Dynamics CRM, is required to work on a permanent basis with a noteworthy world leading Russell Group University.

The CRM Business Analyst will be responsible for providing business analysis services to several CRM projects and change initiatives. The CRM Business Analyst will be required to work with a variety of users of the service / process, service owners and project delivery teams - to support the full project delivery lifecycle.

CRM Business Analyst- Higher Education- CRM Dynamics- Essential Experience

* Experience of working as a business analyst within a project environment, delivering IT enabled change on CRM projects.
* Knowledge of CRM products and CRM implementations supporting their effective implementation and use.
* Experience of the full project delivery life cycle and experience of delivery across different phases of the project
* Experience in workshop facilitation and conducting stakeholder interviews to extract relevant information
* Experience in managing own time effectively in an environment of competing end-user demands and time-critical schedules, prioritising simultaneous project work and rapidly evaluating alternate action plans.
* Experience of applying various techniques and delivering analysis outputs (requirements elicitation and documentation, business process modelling, workflow / scenario / use case modelling, data and system analysis and documentation).

CRM Business Analyst- Higher Education- CRM Dynamics- Desirable Experience

* Motivated and driven by continuous change and seeking out opportunities to improve and enhance the BA service.
* Subject matter expertise of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM product.
* Experience in working within a similar Higher Education institution or within an equivalent complex environment.
* Experience of working on procurement projects, translating requirements into procurement questions and supporting supplier evaluations
