Credit Portfolio Manager

**Portfolio Manager - Established and Growing Bank - London or Manchester**

I am currently supporting a growing Banking client with the requirement for a number of Credit Portfolio Managers to join and help the company to fulfil their objective of continuing their significant growth

They are currently looking for someone to take responsibility for assisting on decisions from a Credit perspective for new and existing customers.

This role will require someone who has a really strong credit background, with a good understanding of structuring high value, complex deals. Whilst also being able to manage relationships with current customers and ensure that early warning signs are managed appropriately.

The role will allow the individual to make a significant impact in the growth of the bank across a number of different areas, including Energy, Commercial Real Estate, Infrastructure, Project Finance, Housing, Industrial and Healthcare.

Essential experience:

• Strong Credit Experience
• Experience in working in lending across any of the following sectors Energy, Commercial Real Estate, Infrastructure, Project Finance, Housing, Industrial and Healthcare.
• Extensive experience writing Credit papers
• Strong stakeholder and customer management skills
• Familiar with Governance
