CQC Inspector

CQC Inspector (Adults Social Care) – 2 days per week

£450-550 per day (outside IR35)

Remote working

Our client requires someone to lead the preparation for our CQC inspection, so someone who is able to develop/build on a gap analysis of where we are against the framework, work with stakeholders and the programme team to develop initial plans to fill the gaps, pull together evidence, data and stakeholder views to complete our self-assessment for inspection, and to plan the inspection itself.

This person could potentially be from a policy/strategy background (though with experience of translating policy or strategy into an action plan) or from a quality/audit background.

• Strong project management/organisation/coordination skills essential
• Strong stakeholder management skills essential
• Understanding and experience of local government essential
• Understanding and experience of adult social care strongly desirable
• Strong written skills and the ability to draw evidence together from a range of sources to create a narrative essential
• Able to work independently and coordinate input from a wide range of individuals to achieve an outcome essential
• (If supporting the inspection itself) Able to plan, manage and deliver high-pressure complex event timetables lasting over a number of days essential
