InterQuest are supporting a well-established, global consultancy who are looking for a Controls Assurance Manager to join their growing team in London. This role will be responsible for undertaking Internal audits and internal controls testing for a wide range of clients.

Responsibilities:
- Analyse and address risks through internal audit processes
- Develop and review planning documents, audit reports, and working papers
- Lead and mentor junior staff, providing technical guidance and training
- Conduct audits in complex areas, assess controls, and document processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders for timely completion of assignments within budget
- Provide performance feedback and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Stay informed about potential work opportunities
- Ensure compliance with firm policies

Essential Skills
- Experience of working in a similar Controls Assurance role
- Experience of internal audit and controls testing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
