Contract Administrator (Swedish Speaking)

A fantastic career opportunity for a Swedish speaker to join the contracts and billing division of a progressive professional services and technology company in Northampton.

As a contracts administrator you will help drive processes to ensure resolution of customer's queries, both internally and externally.

Essential - Ability to speak Swedish as a number of customers are based in Sweden.

All other training and development in terms of contract administration will be provided. This role will provide a lot of exposure to modern business services. A real appetite to learning and skill development is important.

Duties:

* To ensure the billing process adheres to company procedures and customer requirements.
* To administer the process of a customer query and ensure resolution to the customer satisfaction in an accurate and timely manner.
* Maximise the level of efficiency of resolving customer queries and tickets to aid in the delivery of a seamless end to end process for the customer to meet or exceed SLAs to deliver a high level of customer (internal and external) satisfaction
* Customer call handling to resolve queries and customer issues.
* Process contract administration amendments.
* To ensure data is entered accurately to maintain correct billing
* To support the team leader to ensure departmental targets and objectives are met.
* Assist in relevant projects, when required.
* The position will play a key role in ensuring that billing is accurate and on time, leading to improved cash flow.

Skills and experience:

* Swedish speaker (Essential)
* Experience in an office environment is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills
* Customer handling and experience of using various systems
* Good numeracy, literacy (GCSE - Grades A-C in English and Maths)
* Good general PC experience including MS Excel
* Ability to accurately process data
* Excellent attention to detail a must
* Must be able to prioritise and make decisions within their given remit and escalate where required.
