Exciting opportunity for a Mid-level content designer to join a hugely interesting and diverse financial organisation. This company is on a journey to transform the way financial data is collected and used and they need some highly skilled and passionate people to enable them to fulfil this in the right way.
Operating with a start-up mentality and taking a service design approach, the huge transformation program is well underway. The successful content designer will work
across multiple workstreams and be focused on data and how it is collected, striving to improve their process around this. Therefore, data experience is key, someone who has worked in a department that collects and uses data as well as someone would be best suited to this role.
The ideal candidate will be most comfortable working in a collaborative team solving complex and creative problems. Ideally you will have worked as a content designer within several industries/companies and used to different environments. Someone who has worked in Agile teams previously and who has formatted content for different contexts (Marketing, Technical and Instructional) is desired as well as someone who is confident with conducting audits and making recommendations. Structuring large amounts of content effectively and being very clear on the content design process are both key as well as UX writing skills. If you have worked in a highly regulated industry before, this is beneficial but not essential. Ideally you will already be security cleared, otherwise they will start this process, before you start the role.
It's an exciting time to be involved and transform the way this company collects data as well as be involved in new ways of working. You will get to work with subject matter experts and be able to progress your career as the team grows. You will get the chance to work across a variety of workstreams and work closely with UX Designers and Researchers. They are very inclusive and flexible in working hours and offer hybrid working from their London office. They offer a competitive salary and offer a benefits allowance which can be taken as benefits or a % added on to base salary.
