InterQuest are proud to be supporting a thriving challenger bank who are looking for a Compliance Officer to join their rapidly growing team. This role offers a breadth of exposure across both Compliance Advisory and Compliance Monitoring whilst working for a firm that focuses on employee development and a strong work culture.

The Role:
- Provide Compliance advise to the wider business, ensuring adherence to Regulations
- Reviewing procedures and policies by completing horizon scanning and gap analysis
- Complete Compliance Monitoring to enhance the effectiveness of Banks Compliance framework
- Conduct thematic reviews, root cause analysis control implementation to develop the CMP
Essential Skills:
- Strong previous Compliance experience from a Financial Services background
- Knowledge and understanding of FCA and PRA regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
