Challenger Bank, Chester/Remote Working

Are you looking to work in a dynamic, technology driven challenger bank?

I am assisting a UK Challenger Banking client with their search for a Compliance Monitoring Manager offering a blend of remote working and from 2 days in Wrexham. You will utilise your experience of Compliance Monitoring, Regulatory Compliance and Financial Crime to influence stakeholders in an innovative, close knit business as you deliver risk focused assurance and change. If you have an appreciation of the characteristics of working for a purely digital focused model will impact the controls within the second line of a retail lender, then this is the opportunity for you.

As Compliance Monitoring Manager, Your responsibilities will include

* Support with the production/maintenance of the compliance monitoring plan along with the delivery of monitoring activities and production of comprehensive documentation.
* Provide effective stakeholder relationship skills to drive and deliver meaningful actions.
* Monthly MI for Board and key stakeholders
* Coordinate and overs Compliance activities from internal/external regulatory FCA & PRA activities

You should apply for the Compliance Monitoring Manager position if you have:

* Deep knowledge - CONC, BCOBS ,SYSC
* Strong knowledge of AML and CTF
* Experience defining a compliance monitoring plan (retail bank or consumer lender)
* Demonstrable experience in monitoring and assurance reviews
* Charismatic stakeholder management skills
* Experience or appreciation of digital banking (or similar) would be a significantly advantageous
