Compliance Monitoring Lead - 12 Month FTC (Remote)

The Role
As the Compliance Monitoring Manager, you will play a pivotal role in modernizing our compliance monitoring activities. You'll harness the power of data and automation to inform our focus areas, ensuring that our framework is future-ready, customer-centric, and regulatory-compliant.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the evaluation and transformation of our compliance monitoring and continuous assurance processes, maintaining a vigilant eye on customer outcomes and regulatory compliance through data-driven methods.
- Craft a dynamic framework that enables us to predict areas of focus, leaving behind traditional approaches.
- Execute the Compliance Monitoring Plan through its full lifecycle
- Influence stakeholders across the organization to align on outcomes and mitigation strategies.
- Deliver high-quality Compliance Monitoring reports that effectively communicate key risk areas and agreed-upon actions in response.
- Monitor and report on the progress of actions resulting from Compliance Monitoring reviews, ensuring their closure.

Key Experience
- Proven experience in compliance monitoring roles (internal audit considered)
- Extensive background in designing and delivering compliance monitoring
- Strong Data experience - MI/reporting with an analytical and data orientated approach t compliance monitoring
- InsurerTech/FinTech experience
