We are looking for multiple full-time Collections Specialists to help build out the growing team at an evolving financial services business.
Day-to-day responsibilities as a Collections Specialist will include:

• Making inbound and outbound calls collecting payments and arrears
• Acting as a first point of contact for our valued customers
• Always providing excellent customer service
• General administration duties

For the position of Collections Specialist, we are looking for:
• Previous experience in Collections
• Excellent communication skills
• A passion for customer service
• A polite and professional telephone manner
