* Taking insights from our analytics team to challenge how we view customer behaviour, to ensure we're making the right investment decisions.
* Connecting our customer behaviours to marketing channels, assessing performance by segment.
* Taking a holistic approach to our customer and marketing activities to make sure everyone is pulling in the same direction.
* Connecting offline and online channels performance into a singular view
* Strong analytical skills with an enquiring mind set, along with excellent capability in excel modelling
* Strong experience in marketing analytics / CRM
* Planning, Analysis, Budgeting & Forecasting experience, and the ability to coach and mentor best practice of these activities.
