Change Manager X6 - Change & Transformation- Higher Education

Change Manager X6 is needed to work with our prestigious, internationally renowned, Russell Group London based University on a permanent basis. The Change Managers X6 will work within the clients Change and Improvement function to manage complex projects delivering change and improvement supporting the development of services whilst navigating interdependencies across people, process and technical solutions.

The Change Managers will be focused on change initiatives across a variety of change portfolios including, Student Experience, Education, Digital Research, Faculty Operations, Campus Experience, People, Investment & Insight, Digital Infrastructure and Research & Innovation.

The Change Managers will be responsible for facilitating change impact assessments with relevant stakeholders. Develop change management strategies for projects or programmes, informed by change impact assessment and stakeholder analysis. Articulate change benefits for stakeholder groups.

Change Manager X6 - Change & Transformation- Higher Education- Essential Experience

* Change management experience gained in a professional environment
* Understanding of business change management principles and processes.
* Experience of planning and delivering change management activities to support adoption of behavioural and cultural change in complex organisations.
* Experience of working on multiple concurrent projects or activities with strong prioritisation skills.
* Experience of peer support, team leadership or line management.
* Ability to identify stakeholders, assessing and managing their needs during change.
* Capability to assess and design training to meet training needs (giving people the skills and knowledge to work in the new way).
* Excellent interpersonal skills which enable the post holder to engage, influence, negotiate and build professional relationships at all levels of seniority internally and externally.
* Ability to use critical analysis and judgement to make insightful decisions with uncertain and incomplete information.

Change Manager X6 - Change & Transformation- Higher Education- Desirable Experience

* Recognised change management training and/or qualification.
* Experience in organisational design or organisational change.
* Experience of working within an education, research or other complex organisation.
