Change Manager - Permanent - Reigate - £58,000
We currently have an interesting Change Manager Position within a Financial Services Company based in Surrey.
My client is an Insurance Company with a presence across the UK. Their total number of employees comes to around 1800 and they are currently looking for someone who has strong background around ITIL and wide experience of Service Management principles.
The role is based around Service Design, Service Delivery and Change Management. You will be the decision maker before things go live into production, and managing numerous IT Services, therefore you'll need to be able to influence and negotiate with Senior Levels of the business as well as Third party suppliers.
Skills and Experience required:
Experience of leading continuous improvement and management of the Change process.
Experience of managing multiple IT services within a significant and complex IT offering.
Provide 24/7 incident support management.
This role will involve occasional travel.
