The Role:

InterQuest are in partnership with a well-known global consultancy company that are looking for a passionate, motivated Change Manager. The client is a leading boutique consultancy working within Ecommerce, luxury retailers and FMCG across the Europe, UAE and the US.


- Must have experience leading on process mapping the end to end (Hire to Retire) processes across a HR functions, working with each HR SME to map all their current processes and interdependencies with any other teams in HR or the wider business e.g IT

- Must have experience of SAP Success Factors in the HR ERP system (this is not about implementing the system at this stage it is to map CT’s current end to end processes)

- This consultant will lead the project day to day so needs someone with gravitas and ability to liaise with HRD and senior stakeholders, strong consulting experience

- Ideally this candidate should have retail experience as a CM

- Needs to be able to motivate and drive

- Dynamic and self-motivated
