Business Change Manager- Higher Education

Business Change Manager with experience of stakeholder identification and management, communications and engagement and training needs identification to work for a Higher Education client.

The Business Change Manager will be responsible for Facilitate high quality detailed change impact assessments with relevant stakeholders. Developing change management strategies for projects or programmes, informed by change impact assessment and stakeholder analysis.

Business Change Manager- Higher Education- Essential Experience

* Strong Change management strategy planning
* Stakeholder identification and management skills
* Communications and engagement experience
* Ability to undertake training needs identification and management of training
* Experience of working with stakeholders at all levels
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and promote people focused change management
* A qualification in a recognised change management approach is essential and ADKAR is preferred.
* Understanding of business change management principles and processes.
* Experience of working in people change and business change programmes as a specialist or on transformation initiatives in complex organisations.
* Experience of working within a formal project management methodology or framework.
* Experience of working on multiple concurrent projects or activities with strong prioritisation skills.
* Expereince of carrying out business change wihthin a University/Higher Education enviornment.

Business Change Manager- Higher Education- Desirable Experience

* Experience in organisational design or organisational change
