Business Change Manager - Agile- Higher Education

Business Change Manager with experience of delivering critical digital changes and applying business change methodologies is urgently needed to work with a noteworthy Higher Education client on a number of interesting and critical change initiatives.

The Business Change Manager will be responsible for supporting a number of business change activities including strategy planning, stakeholder identification and management, communications and engagement, training needs identification, development and management of training

Business Change Manager- Agile- Higher Education-Essential Experience

* Excellent Change Management track record with experience of supporting large scale Digital/Agile programmes.
* Excellent Agile working abilities and experience.
* Experience of owning and maintaining change plan's including communications and training with the relevant business community.
* The ability to manage business readiness and adoption tracking.
* The ability to work with a project and supplier to ensure training is completed to the client's requirements and timescales.
* The ability to understand the benefits of change and communicate the benefits realisation aspects to non-technical stakeholders.
* Excellent knowledge of change management principles, process and methodologies, ideally proscii or similar.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills including, stakeholder analysis, strategy, human issues in projects and development of change cascades & ownership creation.
* Formal training in Business Change management methodology and its application's, ideally proscii or similar.
* Experience of preparing and delivering change awareness including raising communications and assessing the change readiness of stakeholders.
* The ability to facilitate effective communication from a stakeholder group and ensure all needs are addressed.

Business Change Manager - Agile- Higher Education- Desirable Experience

* Experience of working with the proscii change management methodology or similar change management methodology.
* Experience of performing a Change Management within a higher Education, Research and or University or NHS/Public Sector environment.

The roles are inside of IR35 for 6 month contracts with scope to extend/ 2 days per week on site in London which could be flexible.
