Business Analyst - Organisational & Operating Model Design
Business Analyst with experience of delivering analysis and design of functions/operating models on digital transformation programme's is urgently needed to provide expertise to a central government client to support a new digital skills capability.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for Identifying and engaging key stakeholders to facilitate online workshops to support target state /development of functions Gap analysis summary (baseline) report for targeted capabilities (process, roles, skills, information, tools) versus current state, functional design phase including role profiles/responsibilities to support new capabilities.

Business Analyst - Organisational & Operating Model Design- Essential Experience

* Experienced Business Analyst with expertise of delivering analysis and design of functions/operating models on digital transformation programmes.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* The ability to work in complex organisations managing sometimes competing priorities and requirements/directions.
* Ability to support a functional design phase including stakeholder engagement, workshops, preparing papers (designs, options, recommendations) for review and approval by various senior boards and stakeholders including the Transforming Digital Programme governance.
* Experience of developing option design packs to support target state /development digital resource capabilities including functions, gap analysis summary (baseline) report for targeted capabilities (process, roles, skills, information, tools) versus current state.
* Experience of producing action plans with structured requirements from gap analysis
* Experience of producing RAID reporting, Objective and outcome measures to support performance monitoring.
* Experience of working HR/talent teams to design structures and new role descriptions.
* Experience of developing role profiles with responsibilities to support new capabilities including capability development assessment and analysis.
* Experience of developing performance management frameworks, policy and process mapping and supporting documentation (RACIs)

Experience of supporting Change management / transition requirements and activities.

Please note that this assignment is outside of IR35 for an initial 4 months.
