Our client is an established, market-leading financial services organisation with expanding operations globally. Based London, they are now looking for a passionate IT professional to join their team highly skilled Global Business Systems Analysis team. We are looking for an experienced IT professional who has Business Analysis experience and worked on complex projects. Responsibilities include running comparative analysis, business change, compiling information for business processes and requirements.
We are also looking for someone to develop their current analytical roadmap and work on some complex technical projects. You will develop customer insight to understand behaviours, characteristics and relationship with the organisation, and model the development within the analysis package and implementing new processes budgeting and forecasting and exploratory Business Analysis using a variety of techniques. You will quickly understand the business issues and system challenges of different parts of the organisation and review and edit requirements business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution, develop functional specifications and system design guidelines.
IT solutions that meet the system and process needs for Global regions and associated offices and subsidiaries. This role will require you to manage back and across the business globally and will have a good political understanding, strong negotiating skills and a high level of patience and professionalism.
The Business Analyst will be well versed in consulting across numerous development projects & using your design and implementation process experience, recommending re-engineering of business processes. In terms of experience we are looking for 4 - 5 years'+ experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably with some asset management exposure. The ideal candidate will take charge of the development and enhance the infrastructure/ software applications to provide excellent technical solutions to our client business needs.
Essential skills will include experience working in software development (ideally Microsoft Stack), Agile, SQL Server/ MySQL and extensive software development lifecycle experience. We require someone that ideally has experience working within the financial services sector however will consider outside depend on experience. There is a lot of opportunity within the organisation and a real potential to progress for someone looking to take on more responsibility and challenges to further their own careers.
