Business Analyst- IT&S, ISEB, Quality Management Systems

Business Analyst with significant experience of successfully business partnering and providing analysis with operational stakeholders as customers and technical teams as service providers is needed to work for a world leading research Institute.

The Business Analyst will initially be responsible for providing business analysis capabilities to support the improvement of a quality management/health and safety management systems around organisational scoping and the identification of areas of improvements/streamlining whilst producing business solution designs.

Business Analyst- IT&S, ISEB, Quality Management Systems - Essential Experience

* Proven Business Analysis experience including eliciting, analysing, prioritising and documenting business requirements and iteratively tracking them through the delivery lifecycle.
* Experience of modelling requirements, writing use case diagrams & notations, mapping data flows, and producing entity relationship diagrams, logical data and class modelling techniques and other technical analysis focused documents.
* Excellent senior stakeholder engagement skills including the ability to convey operational concepts and procedures to create well-structured accessible documents.
* Ability to build effective professional working relationships to influence senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.
* Experience of working with COTS and enterprise-wide solutions, data integration and business intelligence tools (SaaS, cloud hosted, on premise).
* Experience of working with ERP quality or service management systems.
* Ability to write effective business cases with robust benefit management approaches.

Business Analyst- IT&S, ISEB- Quality Management Systems- Desirable Experience

* Experience of working on quality management systems around health and safety.
* Experience of working within a scientific, clinical, or healthcare research setting.
* Experience of working with technology to support quality management, assurance or compliance systems standards.
* Recognised Business Analysis qualifications (ISEB) and experience with other methodologies (Prince 2, ITIL, Agile)
* Experience of making feasibility studies, options and making persuasive recommendations to senior stakeholders.
