Business Analyst- CRM- Dynamics365- Higher Education

Business Analyst with excellent core BA skills and experience of CRM platforms, ideally D365, is needed to work for our Higher Education client within their Dynamics365 platform team to improve student experience.

The Business Analyst will be responsible to taking ownership of requirements to elicit and shape requirements from stakeholder engagement workshops and sessions within a scaled Agile environment.

• Ability to deliver and facilitate workshops when required.
• Capability to review requirements in the context of an operating model (and at an enterprise level) but also understand and explain the detail.
• Experience of working on CRM platforms, ideally CRM Dynamics365
• Experience of applying BA skills and platform knowledge to assess impacts of proposed asks and changes to advise how they affect current state.
• Experience of working across multiple initiatives and managing any cross-dependencies between them.
• Ability to identify constraints and flagging challenges, ensuring relevant stakeholders are quickly made aware of issues, risks, dependencies.
• Experience of Agile delivery with the capability to create meaningful and coherent JIRA user stories and then own co-ordinate their refinement including the maintenance of business and technical acceptance criteria.
• Skills to shape the high-level design, operating model – understands how people, process, data fit together with the technology, and how business needs impact/align with other

Business Analyst- CRM- Dynamics365- Higher Education- Desirable Experience

• Experience of working on Microsoft Dynamics365 projects.
• Experience of working within a Higher Education or complex public sector environment.

Please note that this role is inside IR35 and requires hybrids working of 1-2 days per week on site in central London.
