IQ Talent solutions are recruiting for a Business Analyst based in North Acton on an initial 4 month Contract.

- Deliver change into the organisation through the application of 'best in class' business analysis and change management skills
- Support an effective governance framework to ensure the appropriate level of oversight and control is in place across their project
- Lead detailed business analysis with business stakeholders which might include impact analysis, investigation into business processes, systems, data flows, error codes, reporting, solution definition and design, change management and communications
- Run and facilitate workshops to support the definition of detailed business requirements through collaboration with the business, IT and other 3rd parties and support the delivery of those requirements
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
- If applicable, support the user acceptance testing (UAT) process to ensure the developed solution is fit for purpose, and ensure successful handover of IT developments into UAT
- Act as a brand ambassador for business change

Skill and Experience required:

- Business Analysis
- Solution Definition including eliciting, capturing, clarifying, structuring, communicating, validating and supporting the design of business solution
- Good Facilitation skills
- Strategic and Analytical thinking with a systematic and logical approach to problem solving
- Can understand project pain points and perform GAP analysis
- Can ensure alignment with stakeholders understanding and requirements and obtain approval of the overall solution scope and requirements to be implemented in collaboration with other cross functional teams
- Efficient at requirement management lifecycle
- Efficient delivery of Business Analysis documentations and attention to detail
- Business process re-design, process mapping and process modelling
- Relevant industry and retail understanding / experience
- Large information systems (such as ERP, CRM, Finance or HR)
- Data migration, Data modelling and analysis
- Networking (across multiple functions, business units, external stakeholders)
- Understanding of project delivery methodologies and
- Performing UAT

- Financial and Benefits Management

- People Leadership and Management
- Able to manage 3rd parties
