IQ Talent Solutions are recruiting on behalf of one of their award winning IT clients in the search for Bid & Commercial Coordinator on a permanent basis.

- Create customer price quotations
- Support the Sales teams in bid or proposal responses from initial expression of interest through to final client acquisition and handover to operational business.
- Create compelling proposal documents to support CS Sales growth
- Fully review new tender invitations to assess client technical, commercial and legal requirements
- Perform editorial reviews of written bid responses - proof-read and edit bid responses as needed to improve clarity, accuracy and readability
- Ensure contract documents are promptly finalised, signed and returned as part of tender award
- Manage all clarification questions and responses
- Work with the Bid and Commercial Manager to create a Communication Services Bid library (centre of excellence)
- Support the Bid and Commercial manager working across the teams to ensure consistent and best practice for all Bid responses
- Provide assistance across the business in relation to contract and bid related queries received by telephone, email or face-to-face
- Support with vendor pricing requests
- Contributes to the review and design of bid materials to ensure that these are consistent with market expectations
- Creation of regular CS sales report for HQ in Japan
- Support Bid and Commercial Manager in tracking commercials throughout Opportunity lifecycles

Skills and Experience:
- Experience in audio visual or administration preferred
- Proven experience of successfully working in a targeted environment in an international context, preferably with an Audio visual background
- Strong written communication skills and experience of writing (essays/dissertation/projects), ideally technical writing.
- High level of personal organisation and time management, as well as ability to work flexibly
- Experienced in creating and managing documents in standard Microsoft Office formats (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Projects)
- Ability to write in an engaging manner to suit a variety of audiences.
- Have experience in a business development environment
- Be an excellent communicator, working effectively with a wide range of people across an organisation
- Be organised, managing a complex and dynamic workload in a professional manner
- Graduate calibre or equivalent (any discipline),
- Proven experience of successfully working in a targeted environment in an international context, preferably with an Audio visual background.
- Language - Fluent English to business level is mandatory. An additional European language (particularly French or German) would be a plus.
