We are looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join our group finance team based from our Berkhamsted office. The role will be responsible for preparing the monthly management accounts, variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliation throughout the monthly reporting cycle. This includes preparing management account packs, Revenue reconciliation monthly including Perm sales & Commission accruals, Posting of journals, accruals and prepayments, Cash book reconciliation & create supplier pay run, Running purchase ledger including invoice posting, Credit card expenses postings reconciliations and payment runs, Monthly Commission calculations, Balance sheet reconciliations including fixed asset register, Ensure HMRC compliance (VAT, PAYE, Tax), Assist with Statutory Accounts and Year End Audit, Provide ad-hoc management reports, Ad-hoc duties as required, Reconciliation at month end of intercompany matrices. The successful individual will need to be studying towards their CIMA/ACCA/AAT, have experience of the key responsibilities for the role, the ability to work to tight deadlines, great prioritisation skills, fantastic attention to detail and time management skills.
