Applications Support and Development Analyst required, ideally with experience of working in the Higher Education sector. Working as part of a team, offering support, maintenance, development and integration of a range of systems and technologies including Finance, E-Commerce, HR, Payroll, CRM and Student Lifecycle
As an Applications Support and Development Analyst you will be responsible for supporting a range of different systems ensuring faults/issues are documented and responded to in a timely manner, in line with SLAs, delivering progress updates, escalating and developing patches/procedures where appropriate.
The successful applicant will have good experience SQL scripting and reporting experience and SQL database management. Coupled with this, you will need to have experience in supporting and development of at least one of the following systems: Finance, Human Resources, HR, E-Commerce, Student Lifecycle, or Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
