Anti-Money Laundering Officer - Dept. MLRO

InterQuest have partnered with a Financial Services Group in Hertfordshire.

Operating as the Dept. MLRO, you will be a hands on Financial Crime sme, owning and taking lead in establishing/ revamping the Financial Crime infrastructure and setting the strategy in collaboration with the MLRO.

This will be suited to an ambitious future MLRO, looking to make their mark and impact to a highly regulated firm. If you are a a Senior Financial Crime Manager/ Officer and are looking for an opportunity to step up, this is likely suitable for you.

• Operate as an initial sole contributor (supporting the MLRO);
• Autonomy to own and build the FCC/ AML function from near ground zero
• Analyse and produce meaningful MI and reports suitable for relevant committees
• Work with your Compliance colleagues ensuring the Compliance & FCC framework align

Please be aware this is full time in the office - 5 days

£70/ £80,000 fixed plus bonus and benefits
