Agile Delivery Manager- Business Processes-Higher Education

Agile Delivery Manager with good Agile experience and a delivery focus is needed to work for our London University client to work on student business process analysis project within faculty operations.

The Agile Delivery Manager will focus on business process analysis/improvements on student experience within faculty operations. The Agile Delivery Manger will need to be comfortable working in an ambiguous environment to deliver outcomes by supporting, coaching and enabling agile projects and teams to deliver specific product (services), transformations, service improvements around business process analysis/improvement.

Agile Delivery Manager- Business Processes-Higher Education- Essential Experience

• Experienced Agile delivery manager with excellent Agile experience and a delivery focus.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders with conflicting priorities.
• Proven experience using a range of agile project management methods
• Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity
• Experience in facilitating and organising multi-disciplinary teams
• Good financial management of project budgets and reporting
• Exceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders with a tenacious and proactive approach to enable delivery.
• Good knowledge of Jira and other project management tools

Agile Delivery Manager- Business Processes-Higher Education- Desirable Experience

• Experience of working on business process analysis or improvement projects within a higher education, student experience or similarly complex environment.
• Experience work with a third party vendor within a SAFe scaled Agile environment.
• 1-2 days per week on site working in central London.

Initial 3 month contract with scope to extend.

Pay rate is £500-£ 580.00 per day inside IR35.
