Change Manager - Office 365 - Outside IR35 - 11 Month Contract - £350 a day 5 days a week or £550 a day 3 days a week.

The successful candidate must ensure that change is effectively delivered to the clients service areas by means of carefully developed and co-ordinated change management plans. Specifically, the provider will ensure that:

* each different service area is sufficiently prepared for the O365/ Device roll out and for impact of the new ways of working
* there is sufficient support available for services post roll out to operate in a 'business as usual' state
* colleagues are supported whilst the transition is taking place
* full adoption of new technology and utilization is maximised
* reinforcement plans are in place

The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the programme to ensure that there is a clear and compelling vision, with clearly defined benefits. Engage stakeholders to understand change impacts and business readiness to adopt planned changes and realise benefits. Will lead on specific elements of strategic planning and delivery of change activities.

You will be expected to implement the agreed Change Management plan and the tasks within the plan. This includes :

Design and plan the required change management (CM) interventions required to successfully embed the change.

* Support the change impact assessment against the intended TOM / blueprint.
* Help with stakeholder mapping, management and with communications planning.
* Help the business to develop an understanding of what CM interventions may be required.

In line with the programme, plan change interventions and ramp up for delivery of the change ensuring a benefits and people focus approach throughout.

* Support the implementation of key plans and monitor progress of plans against success criteria.
* Plans may include: change management, engagement and communications, and benefits plans, benefits profiles, and training plans.
* Support L&D requirements e.g. create learning/training plans and materials.
* Lead and manage stakeholder engagement and communications, set up advocacy and mobilise 'change agents'.
* Help to keep activities on track and maintain alignment with the business case.

Support the business to be ready to accept the change, utilise new capability, and ensure the successful delivery and embedding of this change into the business.

* Support stakeholder engagement and communication initiatives and identify and help to address any resistance.
* Help with the development and delivery of relevant assessments, plans, processes and materials to enable the change i.e. business readiness assessment, change sustainability plans, new processes, training, benefits realisation plans and tracking.

Enable the handover of plans and capability, support the transition into BAU and move towards continuous improvement.

* May include implementing sustainability plans, monitoring adoption, reporting on change effectiveness and measuring, analysing and responding to performance metrics.
* Conduct lessons learned / after action review relating to change effectiveness, and celebrate success.
* Help to monitor adoption of change and analyse performance metrics.
