1 st Line Support - Server/Desktop

I'm currently recruiting for a 1 st Line Support Engineer to join our customer who are a rapidly expanding UK based IT Managed Service company.

On a daily basis, you will be picking up calls from their Customer Care team, clarifying information such as: diagnosing technical issue, clearance/access issues, downtime required for customer and when you can identifying the fault. You will then take charge of directing the customer to the correct team to ensure issues are resolves within agreed SLAs.

Occational on call support is also a requirement.

They are looking for experienced Technical Support candidates with a strong customer focussed background.

You should also have hands on experience in supporting and diagnosing issues within Wintel servers.

Please note all candidates will be required to undergo Security Clearance check if successful.
