Complaints Handler

Sevenoaks, Kent

Role Purpose:

You will be responsible for abiding by the companies processes and procedures to ensure complaints are dealt with professionally and within a timely manner.

Additional Responsibilities:

* Handling both inbound and outbound calls to customers
* Handling each call efficiently and updating records accordingly
* Investigate complaints and managing the process
* Contact customers regularly ensuring they are kept up-to-date at all times
* Liaise with both the customer and partner agencies to ensure an outcome is met
* Present the company in a professional manner at all times

Essential Skills:

* Good negotiation / handling skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to comply with company procedures and guidelines
* Experienced in handling complaints and working to deadlines
* Confident working under pressure and maintaining a professional approach at all times

Desirable Skills ( though not essential )

* Experience of speaking to customers over the phone
* Previous experience gained in the motor sector
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent planning and organisational skills

Additional Information

The role will also require you to reliably commute to and from the office on a daily basis. In addition to this, you will need to have a flexible approach to working a 37.5 hour week (8.5 hours per day) as well as 2 weekends in 6 (day off in lieu to make up for them).
