Procurement Operations Specialist

IQ Talent Solutions are proud to be working with one of our key clients to support them with procurement operations administration. This role will involve working with their current contact database, ensuring that all documents are accurate and compliant, uploading any new contract documentation to their database, and general administration duties.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately enter and upkeep the data on the contact database
* Create documents over various software platforms in accordance to guidelines and principles
* Execute quality checks for team members when necessary
* Answer the phone and respond to email queries in accordance to SLAs whilst resolving any issues as and when they appear
* Record activity using the ticketing system

Essential Skills

* Educated to A level or with equivalent professional experience

* A track record of successfully working within a team
* Confident working to deadlines within a fast paced environment
* Able to prioritise tasks across a range of tenders
* Exceptional Customer Service Experience

Desirable Skills

* Previously involved in major transformation and change programmes within Procurement
* Good understanding of category management
* Experience with either Ariba or Procurement
