The role is part of a fast growing team, that ensure timely and accurate administration of the company’s loan products, including direct liaison with our introducers and customers on the telephone and by email correspondence, ensuring accuracy at all times, and that our processes and procedures are followed.

Located in beautiful, Sevenoaks-based offices, you will be joining a large motor finance lender who stand apart from the rest of the market. The key aspects of the Payouts role is to:
- Payout deals to policy and mandate
- Check agreements received from Dealers/Brokers for accuracy and completeness
- Confirm underwriting conditions are met
- Manage park and release/snagged deals
- Keep electronic and paper filing in order at all times
- To keep up to date with the company’s products/ procedures
- To present the company in a professional and confidential manner at all times
- To pay due care and attention to your own and others health and safety at all times.

Experience
- Experience of working in a team, and in an office environment
- Experience of liaising directly with customer on the telephone
- Ability to understand and comply with documented processes and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication

Qualifications
- Good educational background with proficiency demonstrable in Maths and English
- Computer Literate, including MS office products and Email

Additional information
- Permanent / 37.5 hours a week (8.5 hours per day inc. 1 unpaid hour for lunch = 7.5 hours a day)
- Must be able to reliably commute to office
- Rota shift work based on 8-8 weekdays and 9-5 Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays (days off in lieu).
