Product Owner – Contract – London - £500 Per Day – Learning Management System (LMS)

A client of InterQuest Group are on the hunt for an Agile/Scrum Product Owner that has experience with the development and ownership of strategies that relate to learning management systems.

The organisation offers support & advice to a range of professionals within the legal sector and as such, are focused on improving the quality of service that is offered to the members. In line with their customer-centered strategy, they are implementing The Academy LMS platform that will be used as a tool that members can utilise for their career development.

The lucky individual will be responsible for the following:
• Day to day management of suppliers
• Write & communicate user stories & user flows in collaboration with the Business Analyst
• Full creation and management of the Product Roadmap & Backlog
• Work closely with various stakeholders and take ownership of the financial forecasts of the LMS
• Planning of the release, which includes the internal communication plans for business stakeholders
• Ownership of product quality
• Management of other products & projects that relate closely with the LMS
• Design & set up the performance measures for The Academy platform (to include associated products such as eMarketing, analytics etc.) including the implementation of KPI’s

This is a position that would suit someone that understands the importance of customer journeys and holds a strong focus on the end user. Communication is key and so it is essential the key parties are kept informed with developments at all times, with no ambiguity. The role will require the individual to work collaboratively with a number of teams and so an ability and willingness to engage with other professionals within the business is essential.

Key Skills & Experience:
• Extensive understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies
• A strong background with delivering Learning Management Systems taking into consideration best practice for online learning
• Engagement & liaison with senior stakeholders – an ability to confidently converse with interested parties
• Large transformations at enterprise level that include a focus on digital improvements
• Use of project planning tools

The contract is for a minimum of 6 months and offers a day rate of up to £500.
