6 month contract
Rates negotiable depending on experience

My client are a leading and global asset manager, they are currently looking for an IT administrator to join their technology services and facilities team on an initial 6 month contract. The role will be responsible for assisting the company employees with process based support and maintenance work such as timesheet approvals, monthly reports, scheduling and setting up monthly meeting pack creation and distributions. This role will also cover Joiners, Movers and Leavers and you will need to action all changes stated in the HR monthly movement email.

You will need to have fantastic communication and organisational skills and have the ability to provide strong customer service to the company employees. This role will cover both administrational and IT based working so you will need to have the ability to carry out online forms and ensure that all hardware requests are dealt with effectively.
