Reward Business Partner

Fantastic permanent role opportunity working for an enterprise level organisation. Entails providing expertise in pay, rewards, pensions and role profiling. You will be collaboratively working with People Business Partners and specialists within ODP. Your business scope to progress within a company will be recognised as you’ll have opportunity to impress supporting projects using vision and intellect to devise positive transformation to present policy and practice. They need people in place who are excited and inspired by challenges.

What will you be doing?

• Manage the review and mapping of all benefits and terms and conditions.
• Manage the design, development and implementation of new / alternative benefits.
• Manage on a day to day basis all reward and benefits initiatives.
• Manage all benefit queries from staff and third party suppliers.
• Provide advice and guidance to the wider HR team on Company benefits.
• Provide support and guidance to key organisational projects, in relation to compensation and benefits data.

Essential skills

• Good understanding of pay and reward practices and procedure in a modern HR environment together with experience in complex, unionised environments.
• Ability to articulate job evaluation methodology and pay and grading strategy.
• Relationship management, with proven ability to develop strong, mutually beneficial relations with external and internal networks and stakeholders.
• Practical experience and working knowledge of project management principles within an HR context.
• Experience within OPD Strategies, policies and procedures
• Evidence of CPD and expert knowledge in relevant professional area, such as CIPD qualified or other post graduate
qualification in Human Resources.
• Subject matter expert of Hay Job Evaluation.

This role would suit someone who is a Senior Reward Specialist, Compensation & Benefits Consultant, Reward Manager, Reward Specialist, Compensation & Benefits Manager.
