Global Solutions Consultant

Looking for:

• Lead the facilitation of customer workshops to craft and extract business and technical requirements to facilitate the design and implementation of approved solutions using industry strategies and trends.
Several years of job related experience including:
• Pre-Sales – proven record in on-time RFx completion, creating and presenting professional and winning proposals/Statement of WorksBusiness Analysis
Certification or equivalent

• Discovery - Customer facing consultancy to elicit, analyse/model and validate customer requirements, including working with multi-national companies
• Requirement Engineering Certification or equivalent
• Design/Development - System design including test plans at the technical level – TOGAF 9 Certification or equivalent
• Implementation – Supporting the implementation of systems in customer environments

At least 5 years should be in a direct customer facing role.

• Produce documentation of high quality to be presented to the customer.
• Understand and work within the context of a solid project / service management methodology for full lifecycle delivery into managed services.
• Be customer-focused, have the ability to communicate and influence the customer at various levels.
• Collaborate, support and mentor Technology Consultants and Specialists at all levels in delivering the appropriate customer solution
• Completion of RFI/RFP on timelines outlined by the commercial constraints.
• Elicit, Analyse/Model and validate customer requirements with the main stakeholders.
• Complete architecture design and configuration of proposed solution demonstrated hands-on.
• Review technical documentation from other consultants as part of the peer review process.
• Management of on-going technical relationship with designated customers; present new technology.
• The Global Solutions Consultant will be typically responding, directly or indirectly, to multiple FG500 bids per month valued at between €5million and €50 million.
• Typically bid responses need to be completed within Prestigious (FG500/SMA) accounts won, lost or supported have associated financial, commercial and brand consequences.
• Someone who has work with FG500 customers i.e. global.
• Someone who has focused on technology solutions – whether it is within printing, networking, cloud, data centre, IT infrastructure, etc. It is not too important what they have done from those examples as they can learn.
• Someone doing the relevant role for the last 7 years i.e. presales technology solutions
• Someone who has experience with a variety of difference products or service services would be good)
• Experience of working with FG500 customers is essential. This experience should ideally be obtained in one of the following technical areas: Printing, Networking, Print Output Management, Document Management, Print Device Management, IT Infrastructure.
• Special Requirements Knowledge of leading current technologies in one of the following areas is required and relevant certifications are preferred (examples are shown in brackets):
• Business process improvement – Document Management (CDIA )
• Connectivity (MCP, MCSE)
• Print Output Management
• Print Device Management
• ITIL/COBIT
• ISEB Business Analysis Knowledge of Ricoh technologies in three of these areas will be required but this can be developed once in position. High level of general IT experience and knowledge.
