My client, a leading Multichannel retailer, is looking for an exceptional CRM Manager to join their team and help build their in-life CRM journeys across an exciting newly launched product.
This role will sit in an innovative environment, focused on pushing their recently launched product to market.
The CRM expert will be tasked with delivering a personalised and segmented campaign lifecycle that offers a consistent dialog with their customers.
This position will not disappoint, offering the opportunity for the right individual to build something special from the ground up and have the autonomy to drive the Customer Relationship Marketing. Though in its infancy, this product is very successful in its own right and offers an exciting challenge in a 'start up' environment, twinned with the investment and ambition of a very well-known Multi-channel retailer based in London.

Responsibilities:
• Ownership of the campaign lifecycle at a strategic level- correctly targeting customers according to the key principles of CRM
• Effectively manage the daily relationship with in-house teams, Email, Data and Customer experience teams.
• Campaign execution, briefing email and data teams to build the campaigns in an automated environment
• Process improvement across campaign management disciplines, error reduction etc
• Analysis- post evaluation, offering reliable metrics and working with the data team to track, evaluate on campaign success
• Ensuring aspect of campaign are interpreted correctly and findings implemented

Key skills and Experience required:
• Previous experience in end to end CRM Campaigns
• Analytical methods and techniques- experience of analysing and exploiting customer information for campaign success
• Project management
• Relationship building
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to act on and drive customer insight
• Experience in working in the Mobile Telecommunications or Retail industry is advantageous but not essential.
