Programme Manager - GDPR/Security

Leads the delivery of strategic projects to ensure successful delivery of the change agenda through the definition, design and delivery of a change project, within a wider programme or portfolio of change, to realise the strategic objectives of the clients UK&I; working in partnership with the business, finance and IT, and wider Group functions and acting as the custodian of all change across the UK&I business
• Lead the development of change projects to realise the key capability requirements of the future operating model, with a 1 to 3 year delivery horizon
• Work in collaboration with project sponsors and other stakeholders within the business to ensure shared ownership for the delivery of project outcomes; in particular with Finance to ensure financial reporting of project benefits
• Lead complex cross-functional change into the organisation through the application of ‘best in class’ project, programme and change management
• Own senior project stakeholder relationships and engage the business more broadly with project communications
• Develop high performing project teams, with good knowledge management, who work in collaboration with the business
• Establish and sustain an effective governance framework to ensure the appropriate level of oversight and control is in place across their projects
• Co-ordinate the definition and delivery of detailed business requirements through collaboration with the business, IT and other 3rd parties
• Take ownership for key project deliverables (such as the plan and budget) across the project lifecycle and applies appropriate methodologies to support the achievement of wider project aims and objectives

• Act as a brand ambassador for Business Change and play an active role in positively shaping how business change capabilities are perceived by the wider business
• The role operates at a senior level, either at UK Exec or just below. The role should set its own agenda and priorities within clear guidance. Reference to external guidance/procedures will be limited and primarily focus on financial protocols and audit requirements
• The role has a significant impact on the success of the business in delivering its stated ambitions. Presently this equates to leading projects with high complexity, cost, benefit realisation and strategic relevance
• The role has an impact across the whole of the UK and Ireland business, from the Executive team through to front line colleagues
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

• Managing Successful Programmes (MSP)
• Project Methodology (Prince 2, PMP)

It is important that the person in role has experience of performing a similar role within a major FTSE 100 organisation or comparable organisation, or has experience of delivering the requirements of this role across multiple clients as a member of a top tier professional services (consulting) firm
