Service Desk Analyst - 1st Line Support - Permanent - £25,000

InterQuest Group are looking for a 1st Line Support Analyst to join one of their clients in Glasgow. The main deliverables of the role is to provide IT support and service management to the end-user, to ensure issues are resolved within SLA and liaise with third party IT suppliers as and when needed. The post-holder will be required to work shift patterns to cover necessary business requirements.
