1st 2nd Line Support

Our client are seeking a 1st & 2nd Line Support Engineer to join this German based Financila Services client.

• Provides 1st level support for EIOPA staff for all IT problems, via email or telephone
• Maintains the standard desktop image of EIOPA
• Monitors and troubleshoots the windows environment
• Supports incident and problem management for the server and desktop environment
• Provides troubleshooting of printers
• Helps the IT team in administrative tasks like inventory management, documentation etc.
• Develops, tests and deploys desktop application packages
• Supports incidents and problem management for the mobile phones and handheld devices
• Produces technical documentation
• Drafts technical specifications of IT systems for Windows environments
